Process
As an Executive Producer, I aim to make ambitious work feel possible. I sit between the creative, the client, the budget and the reality of production — and find a way to make all four work together.
Below are my eight golden pillars.
1. Protect the idea.
I need to understand the ambition before I start solving for the logistics.
2. Build the right team.
Great work comes from great people — I like a team who is right for the project. Not just because they are available.
3. Find the way to yes.
Problems are part of production. Finding solutions is part of my job.
4. Make complexity feel simple.
Hold the moving parts so the creative team can focus on the work. The client can feel confident.
5. Think creatively, commercially and practically.
The best decisions must consider all three.
6. Know when to push back.
Challenge where necessary. Protect what matters.
7. Communicate.
Clarity builds trust and prevents surprises.
8. Build lasting relationships.
New Business should always result in Repeat Business.
